Designer completes first draft 3D layout with all modules positioned. Ready for internal review.

Jon reviews for feasibility/cost, Amelia reviews for aesthetics/user function. Both approve or request changes.

Approved 3D + sign-off drawings matching quotation line items sent to client via WhatsApp for comments.

Client confirms sign-off drawings. No more design changes after this point.

Detailed Bill of Quantities handed to Faruk for stock check and ordering. Designer's procurement handover.

CNC gcode files handed to Bawi. Production can begin cutting. Designer's production handover.

Faruk confirms all line items are in stock or received. No material shortages blocking production.

All CNC-cut components done. Ready for next processing stage.

Custom items that need manual cutting after CNC are done. Skip if no custom items.

All edges rounded, filler applied, surfaces sanded smooth. Ready for coating.

First sealer coat applied to all components. Drying time required before next coat.

Final satin coat or custom spray paint applied. All finishing work done.

Components assembled, quality checked against BOM. Everything accounted for and up to standard.

All components packed, labelled, and staged for delivery. Production complete.

Site access confirmed with client, truck booked, crew assigned (Thang/Van + any extra), tools loaded.

On-site installation finished. Playground assembled, anchored, and functional.

End-of-day photo taken, notes logged, client walkthrough done, sign-off received.

Remaining balance invoiced to client via Xero. Amelia handles.

Any defects or incomplete items from install are resolved. Client confirms all good.

Full payment collected. Project marked as Completed in WMS.
