Each project has multiple modules, each tracked through production stages: Pending → BOM → Procurement → Fabrication → Assembly → Finishing → QC → Ready. The progress bar shows how complete each project is. Bottleneck = the earliest-stage module holding up the project. Switch to Restock tab for standard inventory items being reproduced.
